FrameLifter is an AI-powered photo enhancement service that improves the lighting, exposure, and overall quality of property listing photos. Our service processes uploaded images using proprietary algorithms to create enhanced versions suitable for real estate and rental listings.
You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use. This includes photos of properties you own, manage, or have permission to list. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

Our current pricing is displayed on the Service. All prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payment is required before processing begins.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the Pro Pack. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your enhanced photos, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Free trial photos are not eligible for refunds.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
You retain ownership of your original photos. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service.
You own the enhanced photos we create from your original images. You may use these enhanced photos for any lawful purpose, including commercial use for property listings.
FrameLifter's AI technology, algorithms, and software remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our technology.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
Most photos are processed within 30 seconds. Complex images or high demand may result in longer processing times. We are not liable for delays in processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameLifter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrameLifter from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Your enhanced photos will remain available for download for 7 days after processing.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
