Photos You Upload

When you use FrameLifter, you upload photos for enhancement. These photos are processed by our AI systems to improve lighting, exposure, and overall quality.

Account Information

We collect basic information like your email address when you create an account or make a purchase. This helps us provide service updates and process payments.

Email Sign-ups

If you enter your email address into a sign-up form on our site (for example, to receive tips or product updates), we store that email so we can send you the emails you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your email by contacting privacy@framelifter.com.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service, such as processing times and error rates. This data cannot be linked back to your specific photos or account.

Temporary Processing Only

Enhanced Photos

Your enhanced photos are available for download for 7 days after processing. After this period, they are permanently deleted from our servers.

All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Our servers are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with regular security audits.

We do not sell, rent, or share your photos or personal information with third parties, except:

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not show a cookie consent banner because we do not need your consent to store tracking data — we don't store any. For website analytics we use privacy-friendly, cookieless tools (Gizmo Analytics and Pirsch) that do not use cookies, do not store IP addresses, do not track visitors across sites, and do not collect personal information.

We use a small amount of functional browser storage (your browser's local storage) strictly to make the site work as expected — for example, to remember that you have already dismissed a pop-up so we don't show it again. This information stays in your browser, is not used to track you, and is not shared with anyone.

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our service. Your continued use of FrameLifter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
